Directions
Add 10g (approx. 1 level scoop) to 500mL of cold water, stir or shake until dissolved and consume. 1 serve per day can also be added to Musashi INTRA-WORKOUT for an amino acid-electrolytes performance combination.
Take 1 serve during sport or exercise, can also be taken immediately before or after, or whenever electrolytes are required. Maximum one-day intake: 3 serves
