Benefiber is 100% natural fibre that you can mix with almost anything. It's taste free, grit free and will never thicken, so it won't alter the taste or texture of your food or beverages.
Stir 2 teaspoons into at least half a cup of water, juice or soft food (hot or cold). Stir well until dissolved. Not recommended for carbonated beverages. For Children 7-11 years 2 tsp once a day. For Adults and children 12 years and over do not exceed 8 tsp a day.
