Our vegan* One-Step Cleanser & Toner does two jobs perfectly. Its light formula with Witch Hazel and natural saponified Olive Oil, both cleanses and refreshes, leaving your skin toned, clarified and with a citrusy and refreshing scent scent.

Directions
Use a damp cotton-wool pad. Avoiding your eyes, apply One-Step Cleanser & Toner to your face, neck and upper chest and repeat until the pad comes away clean. Rinse off with warm water.
Avoid eye area.
