Solgar® Reishi Shiitake Maitake Mushroom Extract is a combination of Japanese mushrooms. This special formula contains 3 types of mushrooms from powder and powdered extract.
Reishi (Ganoderma lucidum) is a type of fungus native to Asia, including China, Korea and Japan. Traditional Chinese practice has used this mushroom for thousands of years due to them containing phytochemicals such as beta-glucans, plant sterols, polysaccharides and triterpenes.
Shiitake (Lentinus edodes) is a popular food in Asia where it originates from. They are one of the most cultivated varieties of mushroom.
Maitake (Grifola frondosa) is a mushroom native to the mountains of Japan. It can be translated from Japanese into ‘dancing mushroom’. Similar as Reishi mushroom, they are a source of beta-glucans and polysaccharides.
Solgar® Reishi Shiitake Maitake Mushroom Extract is to be taken as 1-2 vegetable capsules daily, providing you with this potent combination of 3 powerful mushrooms from concentrated extract.
Suggested Use
Take one (1) vegetable capsule up to two times daily, preferably with meals or as directed by a healthcare practitioner.

Organic Red Reishi Mushroom Extract (Ganoderma lucidum) (fruiting body) (standardized to contain 4% Triterpenes and 12.5% Polysaccharides) 30 mg
Shiitake Mushroom (Lentinula edodes) (fruiting body) (from 1.5 mg of 20:1 shiitake mushroom extract) 30 mg
