Snorel Snoring Relief Spray coats the upper respiratory tract with a thin layer of oily lubricant that reduces the vibrations that cause snoring.
Directions
Use before bedtime. Prior to initial use, shake bottle then adjust the nozzle.
Spray 3 times towards the back of the throat, hold for 30 seconds, then swallow.
Keep in a cool and dry place.

Snorel spray is not a cure for sleep apnoea which is a serious medical condition. If in double consult a medical professional for further advise before using the product.
Do not eat or drink after application (otherwise repeat spray). Snorel may not be as effective if used within 1 hour of alcohol consumption. Keep out of reach of children.
