Directions
Adults: One sachet (2g) daily or as directed by your health professional. Take with a meal.
Add the powder of one sachet in a glass, followed by 200ml of room temperature water or fruit juice, and stir thoroughly until the powder is mixed well. Due to the nature of this product, some clumping may occur in water. Alternatively, the contents can also be blended seamlessly into smoothies or shakes and mixed into cold foods such as cereal or yoghurt.
Consume immediately.
Please note, the absence of common excipients can lead to a less soluble product in water. Please stir well and consume immediately and rest assured, this in no way compromises the quality or effectiveness of this supplement.

Other Ingredients: Glycine (an amino acid) and ascorbyl palmitate (a lipid soluble form of vitamin C). The vitamin D3 in this product contains small levels of starch sodium octenyl succinate, dl-alpha-tocopherol (vitamin E), sodium ascorbate (a form of vitamin C), silicon dioxide, vegetable oil (carrier for fat soluble vitamin D) and maltodextrin (carbohydrate).
Nordia Vitamin D3 1000IU is vegan friendly and does not contain any dairy, soy or gluten.
