Nature's Sunshine Echinacea Goldenseal combination provides support for the immune system. It combines two species of Echinacea (Echinacea Purpurae and Echinacea angustifolia) that support normal functions of clearing toxins and maintaining wellness.
Goldenseal root contains the powerful alkaloids berberine and hydrastine provide soothing support for tissue and the immune system by promoting the healthy mucous.
Due to its actions on the mucous membranes Goldenseal is recommended to be used in small doses for short periods of time.

Directions
Adults: Take 15-20 drops (1 ml) in water with a meal three times daily
Children: Take 5-10 drops (.5 ml) in water with a meal three times daily
