Ingredients
Certified Organic Natural Calcium (Lithothamnion calcareum) seaweed equiv. 924mg elemental calcium per serve.
Also contains: Organic Cornstarch and non-organic vegetarian Magnesium stearate, Silica and capsule shell (hypromellose).
This product is vegan. No added dairy, soy, gluten or wheat.
Dosage
Adults: 1 teaspoon (2.8g) daily.
Children 6-12 years: ½ teaspoon (1.4g) daily.
Children 1-6 yrs: ¼ teaspoon (0.7g) daily.
Mix into water or juice. Best taken after food.
