Adult dosage: Take one capsule twice a day with food
Asparagus racemosus (shatavari) ext. equiv. to dry root: 3g
Paeonia lactiflora (peony) ext. equiv. to dry root: 1g
Cimicifuga racemosa (black cohosh) ext. equiv. to dry root: 200mg

Exercise caution in patients with a history of, or women at risk for breast cancer – black cohosh may increase the risk of metastases.
Avoid Clinicians Menopause Balance in patients with existing liver disease such as hepatitis – black cohosh may exacerbate liver problems.
Side effects: Generally considered safe and well tolerated at the recommended dose.Rarely, gastrointestinal disturbances and rashes have been recorded from black cohosh which are considered mild and reversible.16 Black cohosh has also been associated with rare idiosyncratic liver reactions.
