Directions
Consume within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Also great as a delicious shake any time of the day as a protein and iron top up.
Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 200mL of cold water to a shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
