Clean up: Before you start, always wash and clean the bottle, teat and cover

Take care: Soak the bottle, teat and cover in clean water and boil for 5 minutes – this makes sure your equipment is sterilised and germ-free

Heat up: Boil some safe water and let it cool until it’s lukewarm – but not less than 50°C

Add water: Carefully read over the feeding guide and pour the warm water into the bottle

Add formula: Next up, scoop in the correct amount of formula powder and then gently shake the bottle until it’s all dissolved

Shake & test: Before feeding your baby, it’s best to test the temperature with a couple of drops on your wrist (it should feel lukewarm)
Feeding Guide:
Baby 0-2 weeks: 60ml boiled water with 2 level scoop 7-8 times per day.
Baby 2-4 weeks: 90ml boiled water with 3 level scoop 7-8 times per day.
Baby 1-2 months: 120ml boiled water with 4 level scoop 6-7 times per day.
Baby 2-4 months: 150ml boiled water with 5 level scoop 5-6 times per day.
Baby 4-6 months: 180ml boiled water with 6 level scoop 5 times per day.
