Weleda Copper Massage Oil is a warming oil for cold hands and feet. Massage oil with copper to help relieve leg cramps and improve peripheral circulation.
Directions
Gently massage a small amount into the affected area 3 to 4 times daily in the acute stage and twice daily as the condition improves, or as directed by your health professional.

Almond and Olive Oil extract equiv. dry: Arnica montana, flower 18.6mg; Birch (Betula alba) leaf 23.3mg; Marigold (Calendula officinalis) flower 27.9mg; Rosemary (Rosmarinus officinalis) leaf 23.3mg; and Cuprum met. praep. (Special preparation of Copper) 400mcg; and essential oils: Lavender Oil 30mg; Rosemary Oil 40mg.
