Thompson’s Natural Vitamin E 500IU contains selenium and d-alpha Tocopherol, the naturally occurring and most biologically active form of vitamin E in humans. It is used to/as:

- Supports vitamin E and selenium levels in the body
Directions
Adults - Take one capsule daily (with food), or as professionally prescribed.

Warnings
This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 microgram for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin and mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet. Contains sulfites and pollen.
This particular product does not contain herbs.
