Directions
Adults and children over 12 years: Take 1 or 2 tablets before bedtime.

Each tablet contains:

Also contains natural plum extract (for flavouring only).
Warnings

Do not use when abdominal pain, nausea, vomiting or diarrhoea are present. Prolonged use of any laxative is undesirable and may cause serious bowel problems. Does not help with weight loss. Excessive use can be harmful.
Keep out of reach of children.
Use in children under 12 years is not recommended. Do not use if the blister pack is broken.
