Kids everywhere love Nordic Naturals Children's DHA. These great tasting chewable soft gels are made from our Gold Standard 100% Arctic Cod Liver Oil. Arctic cod naturally contain significant levels of the omega-3 essential fatty acids, in particular DHA (docosahexaenoic acid). It also contains EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) as well as naturally occurring vitamins A and D.

This formula provides an easy and effective way to ensure growing children (3 years+) get the DHA they need to help support healthy brain development. It also supports mental focus, eye health and immune function.

Essential fatty acids are nutrients that are essential for optimal health. They cannot be produced by the body so must be obtained through the diet and/or supplementation. DHA (docosahexaenoic acid) and EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) are important omega-3 fatty acids.
