Take daily. Anytime you’re ready to relax, mix up a cup of CALM and enjoy with or without food.
- Start with half a teaspoon (1g) daily and gradually increase to two leveled teaspoons (4g) per day as needed. Place powder in a glass or mug, add 2-3 oz. of hot or cold water.
