At Mitchells, we use a traditional family recipe passed down through generations, slow-cooking the ingredients to perfection. We use high-quality, grass-fed New Zealand beef bones and locally grown vegetables - nothing else.
Directions
Sipping: Add 2 heaped teaspoons of Bone Broth powder to a cup of hot water. Stir until mixed. Add a pinch of salt and a slice of fresh ginger for taste.
Cooking: Sprinkle Bone Broth powder directly into meals like stir-fries or Spaghetti Bolognese. Alternatively, mix with 250ml of hot water and use as a stock replacement in slow cookers.
