Both foods have been used for centuries as a way to naturally sweeten food and beverages. Importantly, their sweetness does not come from sugar, but their unique natural chemicals (steviosides and mogrosides). These compounds provide a level of sweetness around 200 times that of regular sugar.

Certified organic stevia extract powder (steviosides 91%) 70%, monk fruit juice powder (maltodextrin 10% (from non GMO corn), mogrosides 7%) 30%.
