Matakana Health Eye Complex is specifically formulated to support eye health for those spending significant periods of time in front of blue light/screens.
Eye Complex contains delphinidin-3,5-O-diglucoside, a phytonutrient from Aristotelia chilensis (a berry from Patagonia), that has been shown to support lacrimal gland health and healthy eye lubrication. Lutein, zeaxanthin, lycopene and lyceum barbarum polysaccharides have also been included to support general eye health and macula ageing.

Directions
Adults: 1 metric tsp per day in 100ml water each morning with or without food, or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Do not consume at the same time as bananas which may interfere with the activity of some polyphenols.
