Lifestream Wheat Grass is grown outdoors in the New Zealand sunshine. The leaves from the young Wheat Grass plants are harvested at the peak of their potency and flash dried to ensure the highest level of nutrients.
Dosage
Adults: 4 caps (2g) daily
Children 6-12 years: 2 caps (1g) daily
