Adults:
For skin hydration, wrinkle & elasticity support: Take two capsules, once daily.
For general skin support: Take one capsule daily.

Warnings
The recommended duration of use is limited to 3 months. Not recommended for use by pregnant & lactating women. This product contains selenium which is toxic in high doses. A daily dose of 150 micrograms for adults of selenium from dietary supplements should not be exceeded. Vitamin & mineral supplements should not replace a balanced diet.
