Harmony U-Dream is a natural multi-herb formula traditionally used in Western and European herbal medicine to induce sleep and relieve restlessness.
Multi-herb formula, contains high dose zizyphus, sour cherry which contains natural melatonin and hops which activates melatonin receptors, and magnesium for muscle function.
Directions
Adult dose: Take 1 tablet in the evening, 30 minutes before retiring for sleep.
Children: not suitable for children under 12 years of age.
