Maintenance:
Adults: Take 1 scoop (5g) and mix into 200ml of water daily or as professionally advised. (50 serves)
Children from 9 years: Take ½ a scoop (2.5g) and mix into 200ml of water daily or as professionally advised.
Acute:
Adults: Take 1 scoop (5g) and mix into 200ml of water twice daily or as professionally advised.
Children from 9 years: Take ½ scoop (2.5g) and mix into 200ml of water twice daily or as professionally advised.
Suitable for vegetarians. Suitable during pregnancy and breastfeeding at maintenance dose.
