Good Health Healthy Gut (formerly Gut Guard) is a scientifically developed formula designed to calm bloating and support intestinal cell repair. Healthy Gut contains GutGard®, a herbal extract of deglycyrrhised liquorice—more flavonoid-rich and safer, long-term, than standard liquorice extracts. It also contains EpiCor®, the postbiotic that supports digestive health, immune health, and a balanced microbiome. Glutamine, beta-carotene, and zinc are added to support gut lining integrity, along with aloe vera to soothe an irritated gut.

Directions
Adults and teens, from 13 years: Take 5 g (equal to 2 level metric teaspoons) with 150 mls of water, once daily or as professionally advised.
Children 6 -12 years: Take 2.5 g (equal to 1 level metric teaspoon) once daily.
Measure out the dosage using a metric teaspoon and mix it into a paste first, to help it dissolve in water.

In a base of xanthan gum, colloidal anhydrous silica, maltodextrin, beetroot powder, natural sweetener, natural color, and natural flavours.
