FLO Nasal Mist is a free-flow spray delivering a gentle, continuous volume of saline solution for relief of a blocked or runny nose. A non-medicated, preservative-free, isotonic nasal saline mist with added minerals, it can help relieve symptoms of cold and flu, hay fever and allergies.
Directions
FLO Nasal Mist can be used in adults and children over 3 years of age.
Read FLO enclosed leaflet in the package carefully before use. Use up to 4 times or as directed by your healthcare professional.
- Insert tip of nozzle into one nostril and angle it so that it aims towards the bottom of the ear lobe on the same side of the head.
- Depress the touch button with your index finger and hold it down for 2-3 seconds while inhaling gently through the nose.
- Remove nozzle and gently blow the nose to clear excess fluid and mucus. Repeat for the other nostril.
- After use, wash nozzle and dry with a clean tissue and replace outer cap.

Sodium Chloride 8.6mg/mL with minerals.
