Directions
- Pour 195 mL cold water into a glass.
- Gradually add 6 level scoops (53.8 g) of Ensure Powder. This will make a 230 mL serving.
- Stir well until dissolved.
- Once made, consume promptly or cover, refrigerate and use within 24 hours.
