Directions
Standard dilution of 1 kcal/mL: Serving size: 230ml - powder required: 6 level scoops or 53.5g and 195ml of cold water. One can provides approximately 17 x 230ml servings. Opened can should be covered and stored in a cool dry place, NOT refrigerated. Once opened, use contents within 3 weeks. Reconstituted Ensure should be used promptly or covered, refrigerated and used within 24 hours.
