Directions
Adults & children aged 12+: 1ml of oil per day with food or drink. Either drop straight into your mouth, or mix the oil into food (smoothies, yoghurt, porridge & overnight oats all work well).
Children aged 5+: 0.5ml of oil per day with food or drink.
