Directions
Once daily add powder to a glass of room temperature water and mix well. It can also be mixed into a smoothie.
Adults: Mix 2 metric teaspoons
Children 12-18: 1 metric teaspoon

Each serving of 2 metric teaspoons (approx. 5.3 grams) contains:
