Blistex Ultra is water resistant, for at least 80 minutes, and PABA-free for sensitive lips. Sun Protection: The liberal and regular use of this product may help prevent skin cancer-causing effects of the sun. Prevention/Protection: Apply frequently (at least every 2 hours and after swimming) for added protection from sun, wind and cold. Dry Chapped Lips: Apply frequently until lips are soft and smooth.
Directions
Apply generously and reapply frequently, at least 2 hourse before swimming or towelling. Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure.

Octyl methoxycinnamate 7.4%; oxybenzoe 5.2%; octyl salicylate 5.0%; menthyl anthranilate 4.8%; homosalate 4.5%; saccharin; benzoates and hydroxybenzoates.
