Dosage
Adults: Suck lozenge slowly after brushing teeth. Do not chew or swallow whole. Avoid eating or drinking for 30 minutes after taking.
In the 2 days prior to travel: Two Boosted Lozenges within one hour, once per day.
During travel: Dosage: One maintenance lozenge every 2-3 hours, do not exceed 8 lozenges. Repeat steps on return journey.
Store below 25°C in a cool, dry location. Whilst not essential, it is recommended to keep probiotics in the fridge.

Warnings
Not recommended for use in children under 3 years. Lactitol is derived from cow's milk and contains lactose. Products containing lactitol and isomalt may have a laxative effect.
