Directions
Adults and children 9 years or older: Take 2 capsules daily on an empty stomach, or as directed by a healthcare professional.
For best absorption, take Vitamin D, Betaine HCL and Lysine with your Coral Cal-Mag. Avoid taking Iron and Zinc supplements with this product. Iron and Zinc are naturally occurring elements found in our coral. These are trace minerals, the concentration is not high enough to be considered harmful.
