Directions
Mix into any cold drink of choice, and take at least 2 hours away from medications. Not suitable during pregnancy, or breastfeeding.
Children (4+): Take 1/6 tsp (0.65 g) daily.
Adults (12+): Take 1/3 tsp (1.3 g) daily or 2/3 tsp (2.6 g) daily at the first signs of ills & chills.
