Directions
Consume within 30 minutes after exercising for optimal muscle recovery. Also great as a refreshing drink any time of the day as a protein and collagen top up.
Add 30g (approx. 3 level scoops) to 300-400ml of cold water to a shaker and mix until dissolved. Consume immediately.
Enjoy a maximum of 2 serves per day.
