Purpose/Usage
Evening Primrose Oil is one of nature's richest sources of
the essential fatty acid Gamma-Linolenic Acid (GLA). GLA can assist in
blood circulation and in the relief of premenstrual symptoms, and is
beneficial for cell structure and other functions involving
prostaglandins. Thompson's Evening Primrose Oil is also beneficial for
maintaining healthy skin.

Dosage
The adult dosage
is 2 capsules twice a day. This dosage should be increased gradually to
reduce the likelihood of side effects. Start with just 1 capsule a day and
build up slowly. If detoxification symptoms such as headaches or malaise
occur, stop taking and resume at the lower dose once symptoms have
subsided.
