Pump 5 times upright on initial use. Then unit can be used upside down. Spray a sufficient amount of cleansing mist on the external vaginal area. No rinsing necessary. Wipe dry with toilet tissue or cloth. Apply daily after a bath or shower to external vaginal area and other parts of the body.

Overall Rating I have used this product for the last three years and have found it does everything claimed by the makers.
Clean, quick and easy to use, it is wonderful for a quick "freshen up" of one's "girly bits" in the middle of those hot, sweaty days when there isn't time for a quick shower.
