Adults : Take one capsule once or twice daily with a glass of water.
Each capsule contains 130.9mg of elemental silicon (as silica-colloidal anhydrous 280mg).
Exceeding the daily dose is not recommended. Food supplements should not replace a varied diet. Store out of reach of children. Store below 30°C. Do not use if carton seals are missing or broken. Do not use if blister seal is broken.
