The anise oils and coconut penetrate the airways of the head lice, which means they can no longer breathe and die from suffocation and dehydration. Overall Rating I had real problems getting rid of my daughters headlice- we were travelling in Turkey and I bought this product there. It completely erradicated the problem. It has a strong but pleasanr aniseed smell, spend time usuing the comb really liked this natural product (Posted on 11/03/12)
