Chew one tablet on take-off, one approximately every two hours, and one after landing. However, intervals of up to four hours between tablets are acceptable if sleeping. Best taken separately from meals. Do not use in children under 12 months.

Overall Rating My whole family (2 adults and 2 boys) took these when we travelled to and from NZ from the UK. Great result, we were over the worst of the jet lag in 2 days. (Posted on 16/05/12)

Overall Rating I can't get this product in England so I have to look on the internet. I ordered from Net Pharmacy at a great price and postage was very reasonable.
