Nicotrol gum is a stop smoking aid that effectively relieves nicotine creaving and withdrawal symptoms:
- in smokers motivated to quit smoking
- during times when smoking is not permitted
- between cigarettes in smokers unable or unwilling to quit
To quit smoking:
Weeks 1-12: Use 1 piece when there is an urge to smoke
After 12 weeks: Gradually reduce to 1-2 pieces a day and then stop use.
Temporary Abstinence or smoking reduction.
Use as required during smoke-free periods or to prolong smoke-free periods

Overall Rating I tried to quit smoking 8 times, and started again 7 times. I tried everyway I knew how. My husband died of COPD. Then I bought some Nicotrol gim for a trip. It really worked to curb my desire to smoke. I am always afraid that I will start again, so keep this gum with me at all times. It works!!! The gum from this place costs about half of what I was paying at the drugstore. I am a devoted customer! (Posted on 13/01/12)
