Natures Way Ginger Root – Support to healthy digestion, circulation and the body’s response to nausea and spasm.

Ginger supports the circulation of blood around the body and is known for its pungent flavour. The Chinese have traditionally used pungent herbs as digestive tonics as this taste supports the production and secretion of bile from the liver and gallbladder. Healthy blood circulation is associated with normal body temperature, blood pressure and heart health. Ginger root contains a very effective digestive enzyme zingibain. This enzyme may support the body’s response to nausea and spasm. In this way, ginger may support the body’s ability to dispel the discomfort associated with travel.

2 capsules two to four times daily.

    550mg ginger root
