Made from the husk of natural Psyllium seed, Metamucil works in the same way as high fibre foods. It provides the hulk to digested food which helps it move through the digestive system at a normal rate. An adequate intake everyday helps promote a healthy digestive system and lets you get more out of life.
Mix Metamucil Powder into at least 250ml of water or your favourite drink for a delicious, convenient way to add fibre to your diet.

Taking this product without adequate fluid may cause it to swell and block your throat or oesophagus and may cause choking. Do not take this product if you have difficulty swallowing. If you experience chest pain, vomiting, or difficulty in swallowing or breathing after taking this product, seek immediate medical attention.
