• Great pain in going to the toilet when constipated
• Abdomen tender to touch and unable to be relieved by lying down. 
• Feeling like fainting as system totally clogged up. 
• Colic and flatulence marked in this remedy.
• Much burning in rectum and only cold relieves. 

Carduus Marianus – An excellent liver remedy that is known to be very effective in detoxifying the liver and improving the vascular system.  Overindulgence in alcohol calls for this remedy to reactivate liver cells. Indications include:

• Fullness and soreness in liver region and gall bladder. 
• Constipation alternates with diarrhea. 
• Cirrhosis of the liver
• Poor appetite with nausea and vomiting.
