Can I come into the store and purchase stock at the online price?

We operate our online store primarily through our warehouse and not through our physical store. We employ separate staff to run the physical store and the online store. Because of this we can only offer the online price to customers who have an account, have purchased from us prior to coming in store or have reserved stock with our customer services team prior to coming in store. Our physical store price is different to our online price. If you do not have an account, have not reserved stock or are not an existing customer please understand that we cannot offer you the online price until you have registered with us. We do not keep everything we list online at our physical store due to space restrictions.

How long does it take for the shipping after I place my order online?

Our online sales operating time is from 7am NZT to 4pm NZT. Once we receive your order please allow 24-48 hours for us to prepare your order for dispatch. Within New Zealand the approximate delivery time after dispatch is 1-3 business day. International delivery varies between 4 – 12 business days.

Is it safe to order online from your website?

We are proud to say a most definite, YES! Our website uses 128 bit encryption, a secure certification from Thawthe. What to do if I cannot find the order confirmation in my email inbox?

Please check your junk mail folder. If you are using email filterring software, our automated email might get placed there. If you are still not able to find it, please let us know and we can resend you another one.

Why do some prices not show any savings?

In many cases, we are bound by special regulations which prevent us from showing any discounts. This is to stop bulk purchasing of some restricted medications. However, please rest assured that most of our products always remain competitive and lower than Standard Retail Price (SRP/RRP).

What is best price guaranteed?

We price match if you find a product elsewhere in New Zealand cheaper than ours. To be eligible for our Best Price Guarantee, you must email us the advertisement or product website link from an eligible retailer. Product must be in stock at both our store and the competitor’s store at the time of the price match.  Product must be the identical model in its original packaging.  NetPharmacy cannot combine any price matched products with any other promotion or credit offer from Netpharmacy,  Competitor‘s promotion or credit offer, trade terms, direct purchasing from the supplier, limited quantity offers, or internet only retailers.

How do I do price match?

Simply put the item in your shopping bag and go through the checkout process. When you see the comment box, please type the product you wish to price match, the competitor's store name, and the price you would like to price match. After you submit your order, our customer service team will contact you before processing your order. Isn't that simple!

Do you hold stock in your Parnell store?

We have a great selection of products in store including many bulk and super saver deals. Depending on the demand for certain items we may choose to not stock an item on the store shelf. We may also sell out of popular promotional items from time to time which is why we urge customers to contact us prior to coming in store to avoid disappointment.

Why have I been told that an item is out of stock when the stock indicator says the item is in stock?

Our website does not state that an item is 'In Stock'. The items listed in our online catalogue are available for purchase and are dispatched within 1-3 business days. If we have an issue with sourcing a product then we will contact you within 48 hours of receiving your order.

What is the situation with 'Out of Stock' items?

If the item you are looking for is labelled as being 'Out of Stock', or order a product that subsequently becomes unavailable or has a delay, Netpharmacy will contact you via email and/or phone within 24-48 hours. We will advise you of the situation and the options available to you on this order. You may wait until the product is available or replace the product with a substitute product, unless otherwise instructed.

Can I order prescriptions through the website?

Prescription items are strictly phone-order-only at the moment. Please refer to our Prescriptions page for further details.

Why I cannot find some drugs that I normally get from my local pharmacies?

Some controlled drugs that are potentially being abused and misused are not allowed to be sold online. Some may require a face-to-face consultation with our pharmacist. We do not support any drug abuse activities and will not supply products containing codeine and pseudoephedrine among others. If you are not sure whether the medication you are looking for is restricted, then please contact us for more information.

If I don't live in New Zealand, why should I order something from New Zealand?

New Zealand is very popular for its health products. We take pride in our environment and have one of the most beautiful landscapes the natural world has to offer. New Zealand has a reputation for being 'Clean and Green'. This means many of the products produced within New Zealand which have exceptional quality.  More importantly, as our prices are so competitive and our customer service team is so friendly we feel confident that you will want to order from us time and time again.

Why do international prices (other than NZD) change slightly every week?

Our base currency is the New Zealand Dollar.Since the currency exchange rate fluctuates daily, you will see different prices in products and shipping cost when being converted to international currencies. Our currency converter is intended as a rough guide only as we are unable to determine what exchange rate has been set by your bank.

What can I do if I cannot find a product I need on your website?

We are constantly uploading more and more products onto our website. If you cannot find the product you are looking for, please send us an email about this particular product or brand or range. If we are able to source it for you, we will prioritize it, just for your convenience, or provide a manual quote for this particular item.

How do I stay informed about special offers?

Our special offers are generally "limited in time" and "only while stocks last". It is very important for you to stay informed of these offers. We recommend that you subscribe to our mailing list. You will be notified about the new products, specials,  clearance items, value packs, and/or even a top secret hush-hush discount code for further discounts on your next order! What are the procedures for pick up in store option?

As our physical store operates seperately to the online store we recommend either placing your order online or calling our customer services team in advance to reserve the stock you require.

All pick up orders placed online are collection by appointment. This means that you will be contacted when the order is ready to be collected. As the majority of our stock is not kept at our physical store we cannot guarantee that we will have what you have ordered at the time of your purchase.
