Efalex is a unique formulation providing the important fatty acids omega 3 & 6. Research shows these are vital for helping maintain proper eye/brain function, as well as helping with poor night vision. May help calmness, attention span & learning ability.
Studies show supplementation with good fats resulted in significant improvements in dyslexia. They showed improvement in dark adaptation, which is a marker of dyslexia. Trials show children with low blood levels of the good fats are further behind in their reading. They also showed that supplementation with good fats resulted in significant improvements in manual dexterity, ball skills and balance of dyspraxic children. As well as this trials show the higher the levels of good fats the better the overall academic ability and the less likelihood of behaviour problems and anxiety. Trials show ADHD boys exhibit signs of good fat deficiencies; extreme thirst, dry skin and frequent urination.

Overall Rating I have a ten year old autistic ADHD son who has been using this product since he was five. It considerably calms him and allows him to concentrate for longer periods of time. Awhile ago NZ ran out of the product and my son stopped using Efalex liquid for 10 days. During this time we noticed a dramatic decline in his behaviour. The response from his Teachers and Carers was "what has happened, why is he so hyperactive and jumpy". We realised it was due to the lack of efalex in his daily diet. It proved to us how effective it has been on helping him stay calm and focused. I also have three other children who do not have autism or ADHD who have benefitted greatly from the efalex liquid. Their schooling has improved dramatically. I would recommend this for all children.
