Overall Rating My son uses it when training and competing in any long distant event e.g. marathons either running or cycling. He finds it great to do exactly what the product says.... stops the cramps. He takes it just before he sets off and if he feels any slight cramp coming on during the event he will use it again and the cramp never eventuates (Posted on 14/03/12)
