Olive leaf extract: Olive leaf extract has traditionally been used to support the immune system. Oleuropein the active constitute from Olive Leaf is credited with providing olive trees with their exceptional resistance to insect and bacterial damage and has proved to be highly effective at inhibiting the growth of pathogenic microbes including viruses, bacteria and fungi.
Olive leaf extract (Oleuropein) does this by the following mechanisms:-
• Interferes with critical amino acid production essential for viruses.
• Inactivates microbial/ viral spreading and stimulates phagocytosis.
