Inside out beauty
Skin. It’s your body’s largest and most responsive organ.
It’s subject to so many changes throughout your life – like age, life
events and environmental exposure. The cycles of the sun, moon and seasons
all affect our skin and it is constantly evolving and responding to your
care and protection.
At Antipodes we believe that a sensible, holistic approach to skincare
is best. Your freshest complexion will come as a result of daily skincare
rituals made within a balanced lifestyle; drinking lots of water, eating
plenty of fruit and vegetables, and limiting your exposure to free
radicals and toxins in your diet and environment.
Breathing in fresh, clear air – with respect to the sun’s harmful rays
– and exercising regularly, whether you prefer to run or practice yoga,
will resurrect your skin’s circulation. Take time to relax throughout your
day, and cleanse your body and your mind.
