Prescription Medicines

• Please note: Prescription medicines are only available to New Zealand customers.  We do not supply Prescription Medicines to International Customers.
  
  
• NetPharmacy will not dispense controlled drugs and medicines liable for abuse.
  
  
• Prescription medicines are only to be taken by the person for whom they were prescribed.
  
  
• The New Zealand Health Authorities require us to receive an original prescription from a New Zealand registered Medical Practitioner before we can dispense prescription medicines. The form requires your contact details so that a Pharmacist can contact you if necessary to discuss your prescription.
  
  
• To place your order, please follow these steps:

For non subsidised medicines (online order) 
Step 1: Register with us if you are new or login if you are a return customer
Step 2: Go to our non-subsidised medicines category page
Step 3: Simply select what you require and proceed to checkout.
Step 4: We will also require the orginal prescription to be sent to 109 Parnell Road, Parnell, Auckland, 1052 before we can dispatch your medicine OR visit us in person with your prescription
Step 5: Once we receive your prescription, we will process/charge your order and dispatch in a signature required bag.

For all other prescriptions (off-line order), please send to 109 Parnell, Road Parnell Auckland, 1052.  The New Zealand Health Authorities require us to receive an original prescription from a New Zealand registered Medical Practitioner before we can dispense prescription medicines, then contact us on 09 3734485 or info@netpharmacy.co.nz  to organize payment.

• When we've received your prescription, we'll dispatch your order to you by courier. Prescription orders usually arrive one to two working days after despatch.
  
  
• If you would like a quote on your prescription before we dispense it, please call the Pharmacist on 09 373 3102 and/or fax through your script and details to 09 373 4483.
