Disclaimer
- It is the buyer's responsibility when ordering to ensure the
goods are ordered to the buyer's requirements and are fit and
suitable for the buyer's purpose.
- NetPharmacy assumes no liabilities for the use of any products
supplied. It is the purchasers responsibility to use them under the
guidance of a physician.
- NetPharmacy is not responsible for returning of products caused
by improper delivery due to incorrect addresses/postcodes provided
by the purchaser.
- If your purchase arrives damaged or defective, or if we have
sent you the wrong product, please ring us on +64 9 3734485 or
email customerservice@netpharmacy.co.nz
within 10 days of receipt. We will happily replace or exchange the
items to the value of your order, once we establish that the goods
are in a suitable condition.
Prohibited Item
- NetPharmacy does not refund/compensate for prohibited items
should they go missing or be detained/confiscated at customs,
nor do we any longer insure those products.
Consumer Guarantee
- All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand
Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods
purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered
faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within
a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
Product Descriptions
- Netpharmacy.co.nz attempts to be as accurate as possible.
However, Netpharmacy.co.nz does not warrant that product
descriptions or other content of this site is accurate, complete,
reliable, current, or error-free. Please read all information,
warranties or warnings provided by the manufacturer owner or seller
of the products on or in the product packaging and labels before
using any product purchased on Netpharmacy.co.nz.
Refund Policy
- Please note that before providing a refund for any returned
product we will first verify its condition. We regret that we do
not refund original shipping and handling fees with the return. We
can only refund the total value of products. And if your order was
placed with a promotion code or free gift, you must return them
together in order to have the refund. Otherwise, original price of
the product will be deducted from the refund.
Exchange policy
- All products are checked for quality before dispatch. Whilst we
use our best efforts to ensure that the product is delivered to you
in a perfect condition, the product may be damaged in the delivery
process. Should this happen please email us at customerservicer@netpharmacy.co.nz
- We do offer exchanges only if you received a damaged,
defective, or incorrect product. We will arrange to re-send the
product in the same form of shipping method originally used for
purchase without extra delivery charge. The return shipping fee
will also be refunded by offering you a credit off your next
purchase to cover this reimbursement.
- Only in case the product was sold out or discontinued, we'll
refund the value of product in the same form of payment originally
used for purchase.
Returns and Medicines
For safety reasons, medicines returned can not be recycled,
therefore no refunds on medicines can be given on medicines or
prescription medicines if:
- You change your mind
- You damage or open the medicine
- You no longer require the medicine
These terms do not remove your rights under the Consumer
Guarantees Act.
