Cranberry 10,000 Plus Acidophilus is a multi-action bi-layered tablet that effectively provides the benefits of two tablets in one. One layer consists of a concentrated cranberry powder that promotes urinary tract health. Cranberry discourages adherence of harmful bacteria to the urinary tract and therefore reduces the risk of cystitis. Studies show cranberry can also help mask urinary odours associated with incontinence.
The second layer contains two billion viable cells of acidophilus which are micro-encapsulated to preserve the activity of good bacteria - even at room temperature, so no refrigeration is required. Acidophilus helps maintain a healthy balance of urogenital and intestinal flora.
